Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours will result in a $25 rebooking fee per service. 

Late Arrival Policy

If you’re more than 15 minutes late, I may need to modify or reschedule your service to respect other clients’ time. A rebooking fee may apply.

Refund & Redo Policy

All services are non-refundable. If you’re not satisfied, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment, and I’ll gladly make adjustments to ensure you’re happy with your hair.

Extension Maintenance Policy (if applicable)

To maintain the integrity of your extensions, I require maintenance appointments every 6–8 weeks. Neglecting this schedule may affect the quality and longevity of your extensions.

Photography Consent

By booking a service, you consent to before and after photos being taken and potentially shared on social media or my website. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, just let me know!

Payment Policy

I accept cash, card, and Venmo. Gratuity is always appreciated but never expected. All services must be paid in full the same day.

Prices listed are starting points and may vary based on hair length, density, and desired outcome. A custom quote will be provided at your appointment.
